A few of these caught my eye, so I figured I'd share a list. These are all some familiar names for those of us who have been following recruiting for a while. So, these aren't ones that are now directly tied to ASU or the state of Arizona, just ones that might ring a bell.

The purpose of this is more of a "Where Are They Now?" as opposed to listing them as viable candidates for ASU. Obviously some already have chosen new destinations.

Former Sun Devils WR Lonyatta Alexander (UW), OL Spencer Lovell (Cal) and WR Geordon Porter (UNM) entered the Portal after this season. Lovell has committed to Kansas, but the others remain available.

Also, one-time Sun Devil DB Ely Doyle is in the transfer portal. He was on the ASU roster in 2018-19, then played at Eastern Washington from 2020-22.

Former ASU verbal commits DL Caleb Banks, WR Dominic Lovett and DL Syncere Massey are in or have been in the Portal. Banks redshirted in 2021 and in 2022 had two tackles including a sack for Louisville. He has committed to transfer to Florida. Lovett has become a standout receiver, posting receiving numbers of 56-846-3 in 2022 for Missouri. He has committed to transfer to Georgia. Massey just entered the Portal after redshirting at Texas Tech in 2022.

Former ASU recruiting targets WR Kevin Coleman, WR Agiye Hall, WR Traeshon Holden and TE Jermaine Terry all opted to enter the Portal.

Many felt Coleman was ASU-bound as a package deal with A.J. Duffy, then when Duffy chose FSU it appeared Coleman would join, but he then signed with Jackson State. He opted not to follow "Coach Prime" and has transferred to Louisville. Hall spent 2021 at Alabama and 2022 at Texas but hasn't announced his next destination. Holden transferred from Alabama to Oregon. Terry began his career at Cal but hasn't chosen his next stop.

Former FIU WR Tyrese Chambers has announced that he'll transfer to Maryland. You may remember that last season ASU was heavily in contention for him to transfer before he opted to return to FIU. When Chambers again entered the Portal after this season, ASU was mentioned as well as a possible suitor.
