Our weekly feature tracking the contributions of the first-year ASU players (and those who redshirted last year) is back. In the dominating victory over Wyoming, several newcomers wasted no time in making their presence known in week one

Some thought that the pregame monsoon storm winds were perhaps another ASU season opener that was about to experience the wrath of Mother Nature two years in a row. Turns out it was a mere prelude to the downpour of points and a forceful showing in a 48-7 win over Wyoming.

Linn Grant shoots 65 in her home town in Sweden, coming from 12 strokes back to win the DP World tour event in Sweden. Linnea Strom shoots a final round 60 to come from 52nd place on the final day, to win the LOGA ShopRite event in New Jersey. Congratulations to both women on a couple of pretty remarkable rounds of golf! Great to see former SunDevils do so well.🎉👏

Tonite, we can relax for a minute and just enjoy college football. Do you still have PAC12 loyalty or will you be like me and hope for an LSU beat down of USC? For me, unless the Spoiled Children are playing U4, I'm for whoever (even the SEC) are their opponents! GO SUN DEVILS

Hod how full was the stadium and what was your overall assessment of the game experience for the crowd—music, band, cheerleaders etc

I was up in Flagstaff, so I wasn't able to go. My friend went and said we look long and very athletic.

Had some big talent out there on the sidelines these were some of the guys that really stood out to me! A bunch of Cali talent mostly from Bosco and it was nice seeing a few Desert Edge kids in the building as well as two of the top ‘27s in the state!
