15 of 25 (60%) four/five star recruits over 5 cycles have been or appear to becoming successful. Two of the 15 were Jucos with one being successful for 2 seasons while the other was only successful for 1 season.

Either we need more 4/5 star recruits that 20% of our total recruits, or we need better evaluation of those that we take to increase the success rate.
