Longino, a senior linebacker from Cleveland, Ohio., helped the Arizona State defense hold Washington scoreless in the second half and forced four turnovers as well as three turnovers on downs in ASU’s 27-17 win over Washington. His 9-yard sack on the Husky quarterback in the third quarter pushed Washington back, which resulted in a 45-yard missed field goal. Longino’s second sack of 8 yards midway through the fourth quarter halted the Washington momentum, resulting in an interception for the Sun Devils to kill the drive. Longino tallied a game-high four tackles-for-loss for a total of 20 yards, including two sacks for a loss of 17 yards and finished with seven solo tackles and one bass break-up.
