Can't say it's a big surprise that ASU didn't make the cut since he never seemed that high on them anyway and on the same token I wouldn't view this as loss for ASU. Let's just say that there are a lot of dissenting opinions over his caliber as recruit and I believe ASU can and will do better than him in the 2016 class.
