When the QB knows what you're going to do and scorches our crappy secondary who is getting beat on every play and, thanks to Graham's insistence on blitzing, has no help you have a BIG problem that says YOU'RE A STUBBORN A$$!.
Don't even get me started on No Red zone Mazzon.....I mean the GENIUS Norvell (almost impossible to decide who is worse). He flat out is a very below average offensive coordinator. 6 FG's inside the red zone. Enough said.
This was Graham's "BEST TEAM EVER" and we end up 6-6. This is a big problem and it all starts with coaching. CTG had better make some changes after the season concludes.
Step 1: Get Norvell some crappy Head Coaching job and hire a truly innovative offensive mind.
Step 2: Fire himself as DC and go out and hire a DC who actually knows how to scheme a defense and MAKE ADJUSTMENTS.
Step 3: Go out and get some decent OL's and a better OL coach.
