If RA decides to pull the trigger, does anybody know how the payoff might be structured..??
Will it be up to both parties and could it be spread over 3-5 years for instance as opposed to a lump sum payment..??
I think Herb would be owed around $2.6M as things now stand and wonder if that could be spread over say 5 years which would mean yearly payments of $500K until paid off or something to that effect...
