As others have stated, I was also at the Rose Bowl in 1997. The difference this season is that it truly feels that Dilly has built a solid foundation for future sustained success, rather than a one-off magical year. I think back to the last time ASU was "Co-Champs" under CTG, when the true Champion Stanford kicked our a$$es twice that season. It was a hollow award.
Losing Skattebo is going to be a real test next season, but one that this program can hopefully overcome. We're in the right conference. We have the right HC. We have the right AD. The valley AND the country has been activated! We had over 300 ASU fans show up to our gamewatch here in Denver today! Our largest crowd ever!
