Weather: Sunny with a chance of heat stroke.
Stretch Song: Cali Swag District's masterpiece "Teach Me How To Dougie"
As Hod already told you guys, Ballage was back at practice today in a green non-contact jersey (no pads) putting in work on a bike.
Gump Hayes was also in a green jersey, he went through stretches with the rest of the team, but was doing work on the side during the running back drills.
Hayes's absence left only three running backs active; Demario, Jason Lewis and Brimhall (Nick Ralston practices with the tight ends most days).
Other notables in green were Ami Latu and Fred Gammage who's still dealing with a hamstring issue.
Billy McGhee was out there and looked ready to go.
Armand Perry remained in a boot and on crutches.
Terrell Chatman drew a compliment for a nice rep in stations.
11-on-11:
Offense: Mike Bercovici (QB), Demario Richard (RB), Tim White (WR), Devin Lucien (WR), D.J. Foster (WR), Kody Kohl (TE), Sam Jones (LT), Christian Westerman (LG), Nick Kelly (C), Vi Teofilo (RG), and Billy McGehee (RT)
Defense was all scout teamers as the first team defense was working on a turnover drill on the other field. Did notice Kareem Orr and Jalen Bates out there.
In tempo today defense seemed to be told not to go at full speed, either that or the offense was just that much better.
Starting off on their own 40 Berco hit Lucien for about 10 yards. He followed that up with a quick out to Foster that went for 15.
Richard took a carry on the next play but was blown dead before he could get touched about three yards down the field.
Tim White caught the next ball to bring the offense down to the five and Foster ran it in on the next play after catching a quick pass.
On the other field noticed A.J. Latu running with the first team defense, couldn't see if Longino was out there as well.
Let me know if you guys have any questions.
