Harry, Lucas, Murphy package deal?
After seeing Byron Murphy out at Chandler's scrimmage tonight and briefly talking with all three, I believe the package deal is on. Here's what that means:
ASU, UCLA and Washington are the most plausible options.
Texas A&M would need to come in on Chase Lucas to make them a plausible 4th option.
Marshal Nathe
Nathe played some offensive and defensive line. I mainly watched him at left guard. He seemed a little fatigued at times, and didn't always get to the next level as quickly as you'd like to see on runs, but when Centennial would pass, he'd punish the interior pass rusher. He also did something that I found very interesting- on a 40 yard pass play the Centennial WR got tangled with several Chandler DBs, and came down hard. He didn't get up, and while Chandler and Centennial went back to their respective huddles, Nathe outran the training staff to come to the aid of his teammate.
Isaiah Pola-Mao
Mountain Pointe's coaching staff was there watching the scrimmage. One of their coaches told me that 2017 DB Isaiah Pola-Mao measured in at 6-4, 191. That's big. He also said he'd be playing WR this year. I fully expect his recruiting to blow up this year.
