Just rumors of course but the more you think about it the more real this could be.
Could Jim Harbaugh leave Michigan after two years and become the Rams new coach?
Think about it....LA finally gets a football team after 22 years. They're going to be moving into a gazillion dollar state of the art facility within a few years. They have a good young nucleus. They have a rabid fan base that's happy to have the NFL back in town. What's the one big thing they were missing? A coach. Harbaugh's proven he can win in the NFL. The Rams ownership group is night and day compared to the 49ers (which let's face it...was the reason he really left)
Yes some may say "oh but he's coached his alma matter back to national prominence." Whoopty-doo though. The NFL always will be the biggest stage and I'm sure he wants to win a Super Bowl. Wouldn't hurt to play in the same division as your hated former employer too. I think this might have teeth.
