Devin White, who I've interviewed before for this site, and is one of the most physically imposing prep RBs I've ever seen film on (imagine if Jerome Bettis ran a sub-11 second 100 yard dash), was arrested and subsequently dismissed from the 2016 UA All-American game.
I have no idea if what he did is a crime in AZ. I imagine it varies from state to state, but it won't likely stop SEC schools from falling all over themselves to bring him in. They don't seem to care about this sort of thing.
