  • Moves the Sun Devils to 18-24-1 all-time in the team’s first Pac-12 ROAD game of a season
  • Gives ASU their first 2-0 start in Pac-12 play since 2012 and first time under Herm Edwards.
  • Push the Maroon & Gold to 4-1 for the second time under Herm Edwards through five games. First time ASU would be 2-0 in Pac-12 play under Coach Edwards.

SECOND QUARTER SURGE
  • The Sun Devil offense exploded in the second quarter, scoring 21 points to take the lead into halftime.

PEARSING THE DEFENSE
  • Junior wide receiver Ricky Pearsall had a career day receiving, dominating the Bruins’ secondary.

  • In this game alone, he had 4 catches for 132 yards and 2 touchdowns, breaking out when the Sun Devils needed him the most.

  • He finished with 286 yards passing, the ninth time he eclipsed 250 yards through the air.
  • Daniels accounted for 331 yards of offense, going over the 300-yard mark for the eighth time.

GROUND AND POUND
  • Arizona State’s offense was extremely balanced thanks to an excellent effort from both Rachaad White and DeaMonte Trayanum
  • They each rushed for at least touchdown for the fourth time in the six career games the two have played in together.
  • Rachaad White rushed for two touchdowns for the fifth time in his career, all coming in his last seven games.
