Three-star quarterback Sam Noyer of Beaverton (Ore.) tells me he's visiting Arizona State on Monday... He recently landed his first offer from Eastern Washington and has been garnering interest from various Pac-12 programs. Noyer looked very good at the inaugural Rivals QB Challenge in Los Angeles last month and followed that up with a solid showing at the Las Vegas Pylon 7v7 national tournament.
