Questions about USC Game (Tix & Visitor Sec)

First off, wanted to apologize if this is the wrong spot for this post. I know there is a wealth of knowledge here and wanted to ping the question off of those who may know.

I have a few Condoms...er...I mean friends... coming out for the USC game -- they are looking at tickets on stubhub in sec 24 and 25. So Question #1: With all of the renovations going on does anyone know yet with certainty where the visitor section will be? Question #2: Would it be best to have them purchase tix through their own school, my ASU ticket rep, or proceed with the stubhub route?
