....is lacking, to say the least. I'm trying to cancel my subscription. You would think that to cancel an ON-LINE subscription you could do so, uh, ON-LINE. Not so fast my friends. First, the phones are out of service and then I wait for a half-hour at a time on several occasions. I finally took the liberty of changing my credit card info. to a made up account. The fact that I had to do such a trick is embarrassing for Yahoo and this site. Unbelievable.
