I'm thinking Ryan Kelley goes to Oregon. I talked to Chilly last night, and he thinks the same.
I think ASU is still a possibility, because he's been very private about this, but apart from him growing up a fan of the program and having good chemistry with Norvell, I've received zero information or hints of any kind that he's leaning toward Tempe.
(I do know that Kelley's dad seemed excited that Chase Lucas chose Arizona State)
Oregon has made him a priority to such an extreme extent that they have yet to extend another offer to a 2017 QB.
If this ends up being UCLA, I'll be surprised, though I believe if the current coaching staff were to remain at UCLA for the next 4-5 years, that would ultimately be the best offense for him to play in.
