Shannon Evans averaged 15 points per game as a sophomore at Buffalo last year, and has made the decision to transfer out of the program. Buffalo athletic director Danny White is apparently refusing to meet with him about his transfer, and the thought is they will block Any attempt to transfer to ASU- which is thought to be his primary option (unless he wants to be closer to home in Virginia).
