TEMPE, Ariz. – Sun Devil Football will have a new home sideline beginning with the 2015 season as it will move from the east to west side of Frank Kush Field at Sun Devil Stadium.
This move, which Head Coach Todd Graham has wanted to implement since his arrival at Arizona State, was made possible this season due to the Sun Devil Stadium Reinvention. The Pac-12 Conference has a policy that prohibits student seating directly behind a visiting team bench, and Phase 1 of the Reinvention includes the creation of the “Double Inferno,” which features student seating in the north and south end zones.
“There are many competitive advantages to changing our home sideline to the west side of the field, including getting us out of the sun during day games,” Coach Graham said. “We already have the best home field advantage in the nation, and this will only enhance that even more.”
Current Sun Devil Football season ticket holders can renew their tickets for the 2015 season. Please visitwww.thesundevils.com/commit for more information.
To reserve your spot in line for new season tickets for the 2015 Football season, you can place a non-refundable deposit of $100 per seat by calling 480-965-5812. The deposit will go towards your total ticket purchase once new season tickets are available. Fans who place a deposit will get to pick their seats prior to the general public, but after last season’s season ticket holders and mini-plan purchasers. If you were a season ticket holder in the 2014 Football season, you do not need to place a deposit for the upcoming season.
Sun Devil Football’s 2015 campaign begins on Sept. 5 against Texas A&M in the AdvoCare Texas Kickoff Classic at NRG Stadium in Houston. ASU’s seven-game home schedule includes Pac-12 South foe USC, defending Pac-12 Champion Oregon and the Territorial Cup.
