For anyone that hasn't seen, a giant stack of dominos tipped over for U of A over the last 4 days, with 7 kids giving verbals.

What I find interesting is that there is very little overlap in the prospects that ASU/UA are chasing.

QB Devon Modster was recruited by everyone, and JuCo DE JJ Allen had an ASU offer, and visited Tempe the day before committing to UA... but other than that there's not a lot of overlap for committed recruits on the UA side.

UA's other commits that didn't have an ASU offer are ATH Khalil Tate, DE Jabari Watson, DE Jake Burton, LB Jake Colacion, WR Sean Riley, WR Devaughn Cooper, RB JJ Taylor, RB Russell Halimon, RB Tyliek Raynor, DB Isaiah Hayes, DL Justin Holt, DB London Iakopo, and DB Gavin Robertson.

Check this out:

Of the 15 verbal commitments earned by RichRod and co for the 2016 class, Arizona makes up 23% of their commits' total power 5 conference offers (15/65), and 37% of their commits' total Pac-12 offers (15/41). Russell Halimon, Justin Holt, Gavin Robertson and Jabari Watson all have Arizona as their only power 5 offer.

ASU is sitting at 19% (9/48) of their commits' total power 5 conference offers, and 33% (9/26) of their commits' total Pac-12 offers. Freddie Holly is the only current ASU commit without an additional power 5 conference offer.

Tre Turner, Cohl Cabral, and Christian Hill all held U of A offers when they committed to ASU. So if you look at it as being 3-2 head-to-head in ASU's favor, it's still interesting to see that among 24 total commitments, only 5 shared an offer from two Pac-12 schools that are 90 minutes apart.
