1. Knows how to make in game adjustments!
2. Knows how to manage a clock!
3. Knows how to create schemes based on the players we have vs the ones we wished we had!
4. Knows who our "stars" are and knows that when we NEED that big play we use our STARS!
5. Knows how to actually play defense!
and for good measure, we have a Head Coach that other coaches want to work with and who knows coaching talent. Very excited for how things have started out. A long way to go but this definitely feel different than the fast starts we had under DE and TG. I feel like a foundation for sustained success is being built. Here's to hoping that turns out to be true.
