The name was mentioned here the other day and I did some research on this: Maurice Daniels, a defensive end from West Hills Junior College is indeed someone ASU is pursuing as a possible addition to 2015 class, at the Devil Backer spot.
He could graduate in the spring or summer. In the meantime he is scheduled to visit here on March 28th and could visit Nebraska later in the spring before making a decision. His potential addition is not an indictment on Davon Durant or Ishmael-Murphy Richardson, but just a move that can increase depth at Devil backer and maybe give more flexibility for Durant to play SAM if needed. Daniels is a 3 for 2 player.
So just a name to keep in mind in the weeks and months to come.
