We all know that Chris has left. This happens in all businesses that quality people move on.
But, in a customer oriented business you have to manage the customer. Keeping us in the dark is
idiotic. I came to this site just before Chris started, he saved what was at that time a poor site.
That being said I would like to see how this site continues before moving on.
Unfortunately Rivals is doing nothing to keep its customers. This is the Information Age, you have to be in front of the issue.
For lack of information I will be moving on.
