Eddie McClendon is the Two way dynamo from Mesa High that turned the Arizona State high school football world upside down when he went off for 8 TDs in one game his senior year.. Eddie played all over the field as a senior LB, Safety, WR, RB, and PR/KR.. As a defender he’s a ball hawk that locks onto the ball when its in the air and always puts himself in position to make some sort of play on it.. On offense he has a great relationship with the QB and works to their strength to make receptions seem amazing and/or effortless.. He is also a two sport athlete who plays basketball..

IF Eddie chose ASU I see him spending 4-5 years here.. He is highly a intelligent football player with deceptive speed.. I see him maybe performing well enough in practices to play himself out of his redshirt year and onto special teams maybe even getting some opportunities in nickel packages.. down the line I see him rotationally on defense and most likely starting his last year or two..
