2022 Pac 12 Returning Starters

Obviously by far the most difficult compilation to date with rosters in flux year-round.... spurts until May, but still some movement to August..........nevertheless this provides a close baseline. (Some teams like USC/Oregon/UCLA have a high number of super seniors in 2022 which will be an important factor to watch..............and what does it really mean when a multi-year starting QB with remaining eligibility like Chase Garbers at Cal, who never had a big game against s strong opponent, decides to enter the draft and another multi-year starting P5 QB transfers in like Jack Plummer, who did have big games vs strong opponents????.......currently Utah/Oregon look to be the favorites with ASU/USC/UCLA in the next pack.........but who knows in college football........other than the bluebloods)
