Interesting new offer out for Arizona State. Just spoke with Hoxie, KS 2021 lineman Harlan Obioha and he added his most recent offer last night from the Sun Devils. Hoxie is in the western part of Kansas and they play 8-man football out there. You can imagine how unique Obioha is in that setting, and they take advantage of it by playing him at TE and even splitting him out at WR in the red zone. I'll have more on Obioha in an article later, but for now biggest contenders here outside of ASU are Arizona, Iowa State and Ole Miss.
