I know everyone’s head is exploding over the three young coaches being put on admin leave.
We have been saying all year there is no replacement for experience. The young coaches that are on leave are all being replaced by coaches with years more experience in coaching.
After listening to SOD Podcast, and hearing Juston Wood’s interview . I have confidence he might be a better coach than AB specifically in Zak Hills offense.
Can Juston recruit better than AB, Probably not .
AB is a great recruiter but hasn’t spent years with Zak Hill coaching together like Juston Wood has.
Sure recruiting might be effected . But if wins pill up because of the technical knowledge and
some of these older coaches have, recruiting might just take care of itself .
