Tonight I talked to several people who told me that Danny White is fully backing Ray Anderson on this hiring, and publicly endorsed the move earlier this week in a meeting with several influential folks from around the local athletic scene. They're all bought in as well.
One of the biggest reasons is recruiting. They believe that if (Edit- Herm Edwards) is the person hitting the pavement (something Graham hasn't done a lot of the last few years), That the impact will be substantial.
