Nothing really is different from yesterday in terms of ASU's chances getting into the NCAA Tournament. Here's a look at ESPN's Bracketology:

Last Four Byes

Providence still playing
USC still playing
UCLA still playing
Texas Done

Last Four In

Oklahoma Done
Alabama still playing
Middle Tennessee Done
Louisville Done

First Four Out

Oklahoma State Done
Notre Dame Done
Arizona State Done
Syracuse Done

The teams in the last four byes are pretty cemented IMO even if they were all to lose today. Three of the four teams who are in the last four in are done playing and all of the first four out are sitting home and waiting as well. Even if Alabama loses today they have supposedly done enough to secure their spot at this point. As mentioned yesterday, Middle Tennessee losing did complicate matters for the bubble teams.

All in all, seems like a lot of status quo now with most of bubble teams not playing anyway. For ASU in specific, it comes down to whether the selection committee would disagree with ESPN and still think that they are worthier than Oklahoma/Middle Tennessee/Louisville and award them the tournament berth. I kind of doubt that is the case.

It goes without saying that even if a miracle happened for ASU best case scenario they are in the "play-in" game in Dayton on Tuesday or Wednesday. That's a huge IF...
