When Skat was asked why he stayed at ASU he said it was because Dillingham sold him on the idea of getting him an O-Line for the 2024 season. As we can see, Dillingham delivered.
As we all know, actions are a language and the language Dillingham seems to be speaking these days is getting Leavitt some WRs for 2025. Leavitt is our biggest off season priority and we've seen Dilly go trophy fishing for WRs in the portal much in the same way he went after OL last year.
Now, I don't know if Dillingham will be able to reel in the trophy WRs that he's after. We are on a money ball budget which doesn't typically translate to splashes in free agency.
But, I do know that we have a coach that can identify our talent and can not only formulate a plan to help that talent be successful but can accurately communicate that plan to them.
This is what an actual plan looks like. This is leadership with a vision and the ability to chase that vision. Dillingham does this better than any ASU coach in my lifetime.
