Devils Digest: What has been different for you now working under the New Leadership Model?
Likens: “I’m an honest guy. I cannot answer that question because of how it may be perceived, that I might be talking negative about coach Graham and I’m just not. I think coach Graham had a great heart for kids. It’s just a touchy subject for me because I was here on both staffs and if I say something it gets taken out of context. Some people say, ‘Oh, well coach Graham didn’t do that,’ and I just don’t think that is fair to him. … I love working here for Herm, I think the new model is going to work, I’ll say that. I think it is great, I think it is a positive thing. I think the kids are enjoying coach Edwards and all that.”
