Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't U4 in the bonus with over 11:00 left in the 2nd half and we weren't until around the 3:00 mark? I'm not even upset about tonight's loss because anyone with one eye could see that the only reason why U4 won was due to the officiating. If it is even moderately fairly officiated, we win by 10.
Tonight is the very reason fans get turned off by college basketball. The officials become enamored with the name on the jersey and don't call the game fairly.
With all that said, U4 is not a good team without the officials bailing them out. It could easily be one-and-done in the tourney. But we all know it'll be shipped to the west region, given a red carpet to the Elite 8, and, as always, figure out a way to gag.
Don't be shocked if our Devils last longer in the tourney than U4. All that needs to happen is some fair officiating and Miller and his paid-for players will be gone.
