The NFL.com draft analyst, and IMHO one of the better NFL analysts period, has Jaelen Strong as the no. 4 wide receiver in the draft and Damarious Randall as the no. 4 safety in the draft.
Randall obviously making the bigger jump out of the two, but these rankings are some serious accolades from a well connected analyst who's wired in with NFL front offices than most.
