Local 2024 four-star ATH Dylan Tapley is likely to decommit from ASU in favor of Arizona. This is something that will is scheduled to take place this week, *maybe* as soon as today.
A person familiar with this situation told me that Kenny Dillingham took exception to Tapley visiting Tucson since his policy is that local commits cannot officially visit UA. Thus the relationship between the two went South in a hurry after Taley officially visited Tucson. We did report here that UA was courting Tapley HARD for a while, and his official visit to UA was done on the down low, which really didn't sit well with Dillingham AT ALL. This is more ASU dropping Tapley rather than him flipping because, again, the ASU staff was quite upset about Tapley knowing the policy, visiting anyway, and hiding it from ASU.
