Ryan Donnelly over at the Ohio State Rivals site is a good guy. I spent quite a bit of time chatting with him in Baltimore. He was tweeting today about OSU's absurd 2017 recruiting class, when he fired off a mention of Arizona State.
Now, that's a narrow set of criteria, and there's only about 10 other teams with 10 commitments, but it prompted me to check where they're at on the index of star-rating per commit. At 3.3 ASU is tied tied for 16th with Michigan State- currently above Michigan, Notre Dame, UCLA, Arizona, Miami, Baylor and Oklahoma.
