That's what a judge in Maricopa County has ruled in ESPN's lawsuit against AU to disclose the allegations...

However, no timetable has been established for the release of that information...

Interesting that the ABOR had decided that it was not in the best interests of the state to release the allegations to the public last October...

Nothing like not allowing the public to view the underside of AU athletics out in the open...

From the judge..."while the board (ABOR) has expressed its desire to limit the harm caused by 'unproven allegations circulating in the media,' the best interests of the state exception does not exist to save an officer or public body from inconvenience or embarrassment"...

Well, we'll see how long it takes AU to release the notice of allegations...

We don't need to hold our breath, that's for sure...

Of course, AU turned to the new NCAA Independent Accountability Resolution Process as a way to cover up the situation as much as possible for as long as possible...

Long live transparency in places like Tucson where the muck now goes all the way up to the rafters at McKale...

Go Devils!!!
