ASU at Kansas State Postgame Thoughts

As ASU head coach Kenny Dillingham said earlier in the season, the Big 12 is the "Can you believe that score?" conference. And on Saturday night, the Sun Devils got to exemplify what has been the DNA of this league, traveling to Manhattan and upsetting No. 16 Kansas State 24-14. Ironically, compared to its Big 12 games, when ASU faced its stiffest competition to date, it overwhelmed the Wildcats from the opening kickoff and never looked back in victory.

BYU at ASU Postgame Thoughts

Being favored over a ranked team was uncharted waters for this year’s ASU team, but in many ways, the flow of their contest versus BYU followed a familiar script. Once again, the Sun Devils took everyone on a wild roller coaster ride that ultimately ended with another conference victory, and they are now closer than ever to playing in the Big 12 title game.

As Ucanny as Leavitt's #'s were to Avery Johnson's #'s, very similar (but better) to Retzlaff's as well

STORY: Dillingham knows the Sun Devils need to fight against a sense of comfort

"I think we’re a little bit too comfortable. We’re going to get the best version of BYU this week. If we’re not prepared for that, it’s not going to be good.” The lighter practices to maintain health but keeping a formidable edge are waters that are hard to navigate
