Detroit Cass Tech safety Demetric Vance will announce his decision tomorrow at 11am ET. His coach just sent me finalists and they are Arizona State, Michigan, Michigan State and Tennessee. However, he has not visited Arizona State and they were not in his top five last month, so this would be a major shock if he picked the Sun Devils.
