UCLA @ Utah...the Utes are favored by 6.5 amid speculation that UCLA QB Josh Rosen will not play against them...both teams are 4-4 with the Bruins 2-3 and Utes 1-4 in conference...this figures to be an ugly game and I'll go with the Utes because it's a home game...

Oregon @ Washington...the Huskies are favored by 17 after the line started at 26.5 for Wash but, since injured Ducks QB Justin Herbert may start following a broken collarbone, the line has narrowed quite a bit...in any event, I do not see the Ducks winning this game on the road...

Cal @ Oregon St...the Bears are favored by 7 over the Beavers that seems about right to me but the Beavers almost beat Stanford last week and have had a couple of extra days to get ready for this game, while the Bears are coming off a non-competitive game in their loss to Colorado last Sat...so, a Beaver's win would not surprise me in this game...

Wazzu @ Stanford...the Cougs are favored by 2 after looking pretty bad last weekend against the Cats while the Cardinal was very fortunate to come away with a win at Oregon St...I will go with Stanford in this game since they are playing at home and have had an extra couple of days to prepare for this game but they looked horrible against the Beavers...injured Bryce Love will be a game time decision for the Cardinal...with a healthy Love I would think the Cardinal beats the Cougs but if he doesn't play, who knows...

Arizona @ USC...the Trojans are favored by 7 and are playing at home, with plenty of talent on their team, which they showed against ASU last weekend but the Cats have a gifted QB that has elevated their entire offense the past month...no one in the PAC has ever won four straight Offensive Player of the Week Awards that Khalil Tate has done so far...I'm still betting on the talent differential in favor of the Trojans but the Cats are probably capable of pulling off the upset if Tate is not contained adequately by USC...

Colorado @ ASU...the Devils are favored by only 3 after getting drubbed by the Trojans last weekend while the Buffs looked good against Cal in their win...will the Devils defense do a good job of preventing big plays like they did against Wash and Utah or will it be another poor performance like they had against USC, and will the Devils anemic offense be able to score enough points to beat the Buffs...your guess is as good as mine...

As I've already noted, there is no reason for the Devils not to win 3-4 games in November as none of the remaining teams on our schedule have more talent than we do but UCLA and Oregon St are road games and AU now has a QB that makes them imposing...we'll see what Graham and his team are made of in November...

Go Devils and Beat the Buffs!!!
