Some other good games going on here today. The Clemson and NC State game is surprisingly close. I knew NC State's defense was one of the better one's in the nation this year but playing the #3 team at home so close is crazy. Of course Clemson's turned the ball over something like four times and even failed to punch it in on 4th and 1 from the two inch line.

Last night a Red Mountain player said he had an ASU offer. Recruits do this all the time, but usually it's clear that they're kidding because everyone knows they're a 5th string kicker. This one wasn't taken that way and Brian Hill tweeted an apology.

Geez, would have never thought to see this day. If Manny where healthy, as well as Sefo...what would the line be? Guess they are dinging us big since we are down to the 4th QB.

WSU -4.5 vs UCLA...would have never thought to see that either especially with the start to the season they had, but it's typical Pirate, very close loses to two very good teams can be overlooked.

Everyone else get the email stating that they're delaying the renovations on the east side of SDS? They're looking into options regarding how to best upgrade that side.

From what I've been able to gather from my friends in Athletics:

1. New football facility construction will continue and hope is to complete it before next season.

2. Video board still going on.

3. Remaining west side upgrades will be completed after this season.

East side upgrades on hold/replanning.

Has there ever been a season where their has just been a consistent string of injuries to anyone position? I don't think anyone expected Brady and Perkins to both essentially not play in 2016 and using what for the most part was the 4th string guy.

Has the D- or O-line ever been decimated where several guys were forced into action the RB depth been so thin that someone unexpected to play saw the field?

Might have been posted somewhere else, and realize we are targeting some later visits, but thinking we have to be hosting some kids this weekend, right?

Ralph - Who is the best instate CB prospect in the state that isn't committed? Any D1 prospects left at that position? If nothing else, we should have a couple local CB's in and have multiple options at that spot come Feb.
